Team Training Workshops

A hands-on, in-person session where your team actually uses AI tools on real work — not a lecture about AI, and not generic slides that could apply to any industry.

Who This Is For

Teams where people have heard about AI tools — maybe even tried one once — but nobody has actually shown them how to use one for their specific job, day to day. This works for a single department, a whole small business, or a group booking through a chamber of commerce or local business association.

What Happens in the Session

  1. Before the session: a short conversation about your team's actual day-to-day tasks, so the examples used are relevant, not generic.
  2. During the session: every attendee works hands-on with a real AI tool on a real task from their own job — drafting something, organizing something, answering something — not a slideshow.
  3. After the session: attendees leave with 1-2 things they can start using the same day, plus a simple written reference so they're not relying on memory alone.

Why This Also Supports Your AI Search Readiness

If your business has already had an AI Readiness Audit or a Custom Tool Build, this workshop is often the piece that makes it stick — someone on your team needs to be comfortable updating pricing content, adding new FAQ answers, or maintaining a booking tool without calling us every time. See our post on what we build and how it's maintained for more on why this matters long-term.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a lecture, or do people actually use the tools?

Hands-on, not a lecture. Every attendee uses an actual AI tool during the session on a real task relevant to their job — writing something, answering something, organizing something — not just watching a slideshow.

Do you customize it for our specific industry?

Yes. We ask what your team's actual day-to-day tasks look like beforehand, and build the session's examples around your industry — a dental practice workshop and a real estate office workshop cover different example tasks, even though the underlying skills are similar.

What if half our team has never used an AI tool at all?

That's the normal starting point for most groups we work with, and the session is built for it — no prior experience assumed, and no one is made to feel behind for starting from zero.

Can this be booked through a chamber of commerce or business group?

Yes — group bookings through the Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce or similar local business associations are welcome, and the 21-40 person rate typically applies. Reach out directly to arrange it.

How does this compare to enterprise AI training pricing?

Large enterprise AI training (for example, corporate Microsoft Copilot workshops, or specialized corporate facilitators generally) commonly runs from $5,000 to $20,000 for a single half-day or full-day session, aimed at large-company budgets. Ours is priced specifically for local small and medium businesses — real, hands-on training, just without the enterprise price tag or enterprise-scale group sizes.

Why did the price go up from what you might have seen before?

We checked our pricing against real market rates for business training facilitation and found we were underpricing relative to typical entry- and mid-level facilitator rates, even before factoring in the AI specialization. The updated pricing reflects what this work is actually worth, while staying well below enterprise/corporate AI training rates.

How long does each session actually run?

It depends on the tier: 2 hours for a small team (up to 8 people), a 3-hour half-day session for 9-20 people, 4 hours for 21-40 people, or a 6-hour full-day intensive if your team wants to go deeper in one sitting. The recurring office-hours option is a shorter 1-hour session held monthly.

Do you offer anything shorter than 2 hours, like a lunch-and-learn?

Not as a standard listed tier, since meaningful hands-on practice genuinely needs at least 2 hours — but reach out if you have a specific shorter format in mind, like a chamber event slot, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's enough time to deliver real value or not.
